Parents can book a free trial class so their child can experience STEMStar learning before enrolling.
The trial session includes:
- A short orientation for students and parents
- Hands-on STEM activities led by our teachers
- An introduction to coding or robotics concepts
- Teacher feedback at the end of the class
If your child enjoys the experience, you can proceed to enrol in a regular weekly course.

Advanced Programs

Trial classes are free of charge and allow students to explore our learning environment.
Regular Courses
After the trial, parents can enrol their child in a regular course. Full payment is required to confirm enrolment and secure the class place.

The Python AI course is designed for students who are ready to move beyond visual coding and begin learning real-world programming.

Yes. STEMStar runs STEM holiday programs during school holidays.
These programs allow students to explore coding, robotics, engineering challenges, and creative STEM projects in a fun workshop environment. Holiday programs are typically shorter, intensive sessions designed to spark curiosity and introduce new technologies.

Artificial intelligence and coding are becoming essential skills in the modern world. Trial Classes
Free trial classes are non-refundable.
If your child cannot attend due to illness or an emergency, we will provide one free reschedule, subject to availability.
Regular Courses
Full payment is required to confirm enrolment.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our admin team.
Refund structure:
- 7 or more days before course start – 100% refund (minus processing fees)
- Within 7 days before course start – 50% refund
- After course start – No refund. Fees may be transferred to another STEMStar program within the same term, subject to approval.
Holiday Programs
Holiday programs have limited seats, so fees are non-refundable once booked.
If your child cannot attend, you may:
- Transfer the booking to another eligible student (such as a friend or sibling), or
- Request to roll over the fees to the next available holiday program, subject to approval.
Course cancellations by STEMStar
If STEMStar cancels a class or program due to unforeseen circumstances, parents may choose either:
- A full refund, or
- A credit transfer to another program.
Special circumstances
Refund requests due to medical emergencies, relocation, or other serious events may be considered at STEMStar management’s discretion. Supporting documents may be required.
