At STEMStar, we strive to provide the best learning experience for every student. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines how refunds are managed for our programs and courses.
Trial Classes
- Fees paid for trial classes are non-refundable, except where the class is cancelled by STEMStar.
- If a student cannot attend a booked trial due to illness or emergency, we will arrange one free reschedule (subject to availability).
Regular Courses
- Full payment is required to confirm enrolment.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our administration team.
Refund Structure:
- 7 or more days before course start: 100% refund of course fees (minus any processing fees).
- Within 7 days before course start: 50% refund.
- After course start: No refund available, but students may transfer the balance to another STEMStar program within the same term (subject to approval).
Holiday Programs
- Due to limited seats, all holiday program fees are non-refundable once booked.
- If your child cannot attend, you may:
Transfer the booking to another eligible student (friend/sibling).
Request to roll over fees to the next available holiday program (subject to management approval).
Course Cancellations by STEMStar
- If STEMStar cancels a class or program due to unforeseen circumstances, parents may choose between:
A full refund, or
A credit transfer to another course/program.
Special Circumstances
- Refunds in cases of medical emergencies, relocations, or other unforeseen events may be considered at the discretion of STEMStar management. Supporting documentation may be required.

- Treat all children with respect, fairness, and encouragement.
- Use positive and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Maintain professional boundaries at all times.
- Report any suspected risk of harm or safety concerns immediately.
