- Parents can book a free trial class to let their child experience STEMStar learning.
- The trial includes a short orientation, hands-on activities, and teacher feedback at the end.
- If your child enjoys the trial, you can proceed to enrol in a regular course.
- Trial Classes: Free of charge.
- Regular Courses: Tuition fees apply after the trial. Full payment is required to confirm enrolment.
- Holiday Programs: Separate fees apply and must be paid in full upon booking.
- Trial Class – Book a free trial to experience our teaching style.
- Regular Course – Enrol in a formal class (weekly lessons during the school term).
- Advanced Programs – Progress into higher-level or specialized STEM courses as your child grows.
Trial Classes
- Free trial classes are non-refundable.
- If your child misses a booked trial due to illness or emergency, we will provide one free reschedule (subject to availability).
Regular Courses
- Full payment is required to confirm enrolment.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our admin team.
- Refund structure:
7 or more days before course start: 100% refund (minus processing fees).
Within 7 days before course start: 50% refund.
After course start: No refund. However, fees may be transferred to another STEMStar program within the same term (subject to approval).
Holiday Programs
Due to limited seats, holiday program fees are non-refundable once booked.
If your child cannot attend, you may:
- Transfer the booking to another eligible student (friend/sibling), OR
- Request to roll over fees to the next available holiday program (subject to approval).
Course Cancellations by STEMStar
If STEMStar cancels a class/program due to unforeseen circumstances, parents may choose:
- A full refund, OR
- A credit transfer to another program.
Special Circumstances
- Refunds in cases of medical emergencies, relocations, or other serious events may be considered at STEMStar management’s discretion. Supporting documents may be required.
