若孩子因生病或紧急情况无法参加,在名额允许的情况下,可免费改期一次

常规课程

报名需全额缴费确认学位。

退款申请需以书面形式提交给教务团队。

退款规则:

  • 课程开始前 7 天及以上:全额退款(扣除手续费)
  • 课程开始前 7 天内:退款 50%
  • 课程已开始:不予退款。经批准后,费用可转至本学期内其他 STEMStar 课程。

假期课程

假期课程名额有限,一经预订不予退款

如无法参加,可选择:

  • 将名额转让给其他符合条件的学生(如朋友、兄弟姐妹)
  • 经批准后,将费用顺延至下一期假期课程

校方取消课程

若 STEMStar 因不可预见情况取消课程,家长可选择:

  • 全额退款
  • 转至其他课程

特殊情况

因医疗紧急情况、搬家或其他重大事件提出的退款申请,将由 STEMStar 管理层酌情处理,可能需要提供相关证明文件。
